Hiring Conditions
- Vehicles can be booked to suit your individual requirements. Please contact us to discuss your needs.
- Wedding vehicles are available with a minimum booking of (2) hours. Wedding transfers can also be arranged upon request—please contact us for further details.
- First 10 minutes waiting time would be complimentary, Onwards waiting time charges will be applied based on the rate of the vehicle booked. These charges are payable upon arrival at the final destination.
- Wedding bookings must be confirmed and finalised in advance before the wedding date.
- All Day Hire or Hourly as directed bookings requires full advance payment.
- General hire bookings are to be finalised upon arrival at the final destination.
- All vehicles are equipped with EFTPOS and we also accept cash.
- All bookings include children under the age of seven (7), an appropriate child/baby seat should be supplied by the client Please advise us at the time of booking if this applies to ensure proper arrangements are made to supply child/baby seat if families are unable to supply. An extra $30 charge will be applied.
- Please be aware that all bookings are contingent upon the vehicle’s ability to access the itinerary that we have given it. Considering the safety of both the client and the driver, the driver will pull up as close as possible to the specific location or venue in the event if roads are not accessible.
- All vehicles are non smoking by law.
- Passengers who are intoxicated will not be allowed inside the vehicle.
- All vehicle damage is the liability of the customers.
- The hirer is responsible for the entire cost of any necessary cleaning or repairs, as well as any resulting loss of use, if the vehicle is left in an unclean state that necessitates special cleaning or re-sanitation.
